• If necessary, wear a nightguard to protect your veneers from clenching and grinding forces and prevent chips and cracks.
• Your veneers themselves can’t get cavities but it’s important to keep your natural tooth structure underneath healthy and cavity-free. Brush at least twice a day and floss once, making sure to be gentle but thorough.
• Don’t chew or bite on anything that could chip your veneers (ice, pens, hard candies, etc.)
